Dr. Paige Powers, a 1996 graduate of the University of Virginia medical school, grew up in Northern Virginia.
As an undergraduate, Dr. Powers double-majored in Biology and English, graduating with honors from Wellesley College. After earning her M.D. at UVA, she completed a two year surgical internship and a four year Otolaryngology residency program at the University of Tennessee, Memphis. Dr. Powers has maintained board certification from the American Board of Otolaryngology since 2002.
After spending two years with a busy private practice in southwestern Virginia, she founded Piedmont Otolaryngology in the fall of 2004. She is excited to have settled back in “C'ville” with her husband and two daughters.
